If you have a change of mind we will happily exchange your item for an item of the same value or higher value within 7 days of receipt and in the same brand new condition.

 
Please note that this return policy excludes Alfred Angelo Gowns or any other specially ordered items. These items have been made especially for you and we are unable to give refunds on these items. Please choose your size carefully as we will not accept returns if you select the incorrect size.

Please note that any returns postmarked after 7 days of your receipt date will not be able to be accepted and will be sent back to you. The item must be returned in new, unworn condition. We inspect all items thoroughly before they leave us and inspect them again when they are returned. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered. Any items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odours etc will be returned to you. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. There are no returns on sale items.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
