Once we receive your order we will check availability of the item. If the item is available when you want it, a confirmation email will be sent and we will let you know a delivery date.

How long an item takes to get to you depends on three important factors:

1.    If the item is in-stock in our store: Items that are at our Nowra store take from 1-4 business days to get to you within Australia depending on your location. We use Australia Post Express Post.

2.    If the item is in-stock with the manufacturer: Items that are not in-stock in our store, but are in stock with the manufacturer, can take up to a month to get to you.

3.    If the item is available for order with the manufacturer: Items that are not in-stock at our store or at the manufacturer and need to be specially ordered can take up to 10 weeks. If your order is urgent you can also make a rush order for 5-9 weeks at an extra cost of $25 for each item.
